What happens when your tattoo artist has a heart attack and dies?

This guy was an American but he came all the way from Brazil to get the tattoo removed.

The artist started the outline and then had a heart attack and died. The artist was the only one who really knew where the piece of art was going. So he decided to get it removed.

He wanted to keep the eyes – don’t ask us why. Everyone has their own thing.
We called this the INSANITY tattoo

It’s hard to tell by the picture on the left, but this tattoo probably had every color found on the entire planet.

It had purples and oranges and… It was kind of a nightmare.

Because of all the color in this tattoo, we had to use all 3 of the main wavelengths of the Q-Switched Laser (Nd:YAG “KTP”, Ruby, and Nd:YAG-Invisible) to ensure that the tattoo would be completely removed.

This tattoo was removed in 10+ treatments.

Just because your tattoo has a lot of color in it doesn’t mean that it can’t be removed.
You can tell in the picture on the left that there was HEAVY ink content.

And removing tattoos from feet tend to go slowly anyway, since they’re so far from the neck and have lower blood flow and circulation.

So remember, if you’re getting a tattoo removed from your foot, it is possible! Just take a look at the image from above.

But you’ll need patience because these tattoos take longer to remove.
This patient had wrist surgery when she was younger, and then got a cross tattoo’d on top of the scar.

She didn’t like it, so she decided to add another 2 crosses and the green vines.

She STILL didn’t like it and added on the writing.

Hers put up a fight not only because of the green, but she also had scar tissue from her wrist surgery.
This patient came from a different clinic that had completely blasted her.

They had turned the power on SO high that the laser not only removed her ink but also removed her natural pigment and took it right out.

Once we removed the rest of her ink, we have been going in with a different laser to try to bring back her natural pigment, as you can see on the right.

Important Information about Tattoo Removal

Everyone’s body reacts differently to the tattoo removal process, and the number of sessions you will need to fully remove your ink can depend on the size of your tattoo, the amount of ink used, placement on the body, and a range of other factors.

There are easy tattoo removals and difficult tattoo removals. It depends on the situation.

That being said, at Rethink the Ink, we are confident that with enough treatments and the proper equipment, anyone can achieve before and after results like those seen above.

Just as each tattoo was unique, each of these cases required a different number of treatments to achieve results; however, they were all 100% successful. No scarring, no ink left.

At Rethink the Ink we use the Quanta Q Plus C laser, the only three true wavelength system in the world. So all of the photos from above are Quanta Q Plus C Laser before and after images.

This allows us to fully remove your tattoo the first time and also helps us to repair removal work done by other clinics with older, ineffective technology.

Rethink the Ink’s ability to achieve results comes from a combination of skill, cutting edge equipment, knowledge in the field, and years of experience.

If you were nervous or skeptical about tattoo removal and the success rate of the laser treatment process, we hope these pictures will give you confidence in the procedure.
