I cannot give enough praise and positive endorsement for the level of professionalism, organization, sanitation, thoughtfulness, and compassion that I experienced from the moment I became involved with Mary, George and the rest of the Rethink the Ink community. Initially, I was attracted to the company through a Groupon promotion, and after my first consultation I was so glad I made that decision. My tattoo was an impulsive cover-up, very dark, and not very old, but the helpful and caring staff at Rethink the Ink made me feel recognized, understood and comfortable. They were extremely informative, discussed the process in great depth, and seemed to take a genuine interest in my happiness. The technology/laser used here is state of the art! After I did further research, I found that there is no better place in the state! It was definitely painful, but the 2min I have to endure every 6 weeks is definitely worth the confidence I will have when the tattoo is gone! After my first appointment, I received a kind letter that thanked me for choosing the company and also offered an opportunity for me to voice any suggestions.. which I don't have because this place is AMAZING. I am moving to Oregon and they are even coordinating with a removal service; communicating my progress with the other technicians and insuring a smooth transition. I am so grateful I made this choice and I can't wait to shamelessly wear shorts next summer!
