I love Rethink The Ink! The entire staff is fantastic. I had a very thorough consultation with Victor and Mary where they explained everything in detail up front so I understood everything about laser removal before jumping into what can be a scary process. They are all friendly, professional and make you feel at ease when you come in for a treatment. I have never had to wait and they are very flexible with my schedule. They also deal with all of my neurotic follow-up questions with patience and they all have great senses of humor. The treatments are quick; I have a black tattoo that is about 12 square inches and each of my treatments is about 3 minutes if not less. They pay close attention to how your body reacts to the treatments in order to adjust the laser intensity accordingly so you get the most effective result possible; I can absolutely say they are not trying to get people in there just to take their money. Highly recommended!!
